How can i install pics into a categorie

You can search for keywords like “category icon” “category image” etc.

no, because my english is not so god and so i don’t have an idea for what kind of word i have search to find the right thing.

i have searched, but the plugins are not the answer

i need for the categories several images.

i think i can solve the problem, if i can put in the category name a quicktag. in the quicktag i can define for example the germany flag <ger> and in the catergory option i can name the categorie namen “<ger></ger>.

or i can activate in the column of category name the html code for images.

And with last plugin i can place an image instead of [D] or [CH] in the sidebar? In the installation i read “Modify your index.php …”, but i don’t have it in this case

For the [D] i want to have a little german flag and for [CH] a switzerland flag

Oh, you want a picture/flag in the category list in the menu AND the same picture in the post’s category? Right?
Now that might be more complicated…

I know the adress, but the german support is very bad. they give no complete answer to my question so i don’t know more than before.

but what you said is correct.
the flag(image) have to be for category list AND in the catergory menu.

no, i don’t need this plugin. if i delete the [D] and [CH] i have two times the same category name like “1. Liga” and so i have always the same icon.

have somebody an idea how i can copy the function of “links” to “categories”.
i can copy the case from one php page to another, but i don’t know how i could program the mysql code for the saving of the data

Why not just put the two ([D] and [CH]) into two different sub-categories? Then assign different icons to each sub-cat… wouldn’t that work for ya?

I am sorry I cannot help you… I have never used that plugin, I just figured it might work for you. I hope you figure out what you are trying to do.
