How can I list the tags in the sidebar?

I already did that but nothing shows up.

Please continue to debug this and report on what you find. For example:

• Do any shortcodes work in your widgets?
• Do some types of Tag Groups shortcodes work?
• Does it help if you change the theme?
• etc etc.
