How can I make a whole Category private?

Hi there,

Does anyone know of any advanced administration plugins that can allow for moving all entries in a specific category to private status? I would like to make all of my ‘Uncategorized’ entries private, but I haven’t been able to find any plugins or out-of-the-box functionality that allows this. If anyone could let me know if this is possible, that would be great. Thanks!
