You can use CSS override to change the position changing the perfecty-push-settings-container class.

how can I hide it after an user has subscribed

At the moment, it cannot be hided after the user has been subscribed. I’m curious, what is the reason you would like to do it? That would let us understand the use cases and probably we can consider implementing it.

You can implement it but you need to code it in the javascript. At the moment there’s no direct support for that. If you give us more context, we might consider implementing it.
