How can I override the carousel shortcode from my theme

Hello!
I installed perfect woocommerce brands and bought a paid theme which come with visual composer included.
In the visual composer editor, I put a brands carousel.
I want to edit the template of the carousel brand item.
so I modified the perfect-woocommerce-brands/templates/shortcodes/carousel.php
and it worked.
But I want to override this code from my theme (to be specific, my child theme)
How can I do that?
