    Hi guys, I hope to find help here.
    Thanks for the plugin, very useful.

    I’d like to pre-populate the form input fields once I click on a link from a different page.

    I have a page with a table, any fields of the table is a price, once I click on the table field I’ll be redirect to the form page and the price will appear on the price field of the form…. make sense?

    Something like

    OK I got it.

    if the page is “/book-now/” and the name of the field is “price” and the ID of the form is “1” I should write:
    www.mywebsite.com/book-now/?1price=130

    If eventually I want to send more information:
    www.mywebsite.com/book-now/?1price=130&1date=20/03/2013
