    I have accepted that Merchant Center (MC) and WooCommerce (WC) can’t handle shipping details yet but MC is deleting all the shipping data I manually enter alternately with one shipping class from the UK or no shipping class at all.

    It is extremely irritating. Please tell me there is a way to turn it off without just deleting the plugin and starting again.

    I realise that the problem might be at Google’s end but incase it is a WC thing I am asking here

  • I have the same problem. I have contacted the google merchant center support and they have told me that the problem is with the plugin.

    Let’s see if someone knows how to solve it or we have to find a different solution to sync the feed in google merchant.

    This will give me a better understanding of how the shipping data is configured and help identify any potential issues.

    Hi,

    I don’t have a shipping rate section on the Google for WooCommerce plugin, nor is there a Google for WooCommerce section in the WooCommerce shipping section.

    I have installed the most current versions of WP, WooCommerce and the plugin

    My apologies for the confusion, as the screenshot previously shared is from an older version.

    In the “Configure product listing” section, you’ll see that there are now three options displayed.
    This should guide you through the current setup.
