How can I propagate the same settings from a parent page to child pages?

    sorry for my late answer.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible.

    If all the child pages need the same set of plugins I suggest you use the settings Custom URLs => Frontend URLs with a match that looks like */sample-parent-page/*

    In another case, the only thing that you can do is copy the parent page settings with the action button n. 10 shown in the documentation, and paste the settings into the child pages with the action button n. 11.
