How can I protect All of the Old Posts???

Hello,
I want to set a time Protect in UTC Time: 1:00AM to 9:00AM. Because I m running a Video site. And I have Movie Information Page (Template 1) and Video Page( Template 2). And the Content of Movie Information Page Only Screenshot. So I want to block the Screenshot pages.
Would you mind to help me How can I do that??
