How can I redirect my old site links to new?

I still have good ranking links for my old site and would like them redirected to my new site. I’ve been reading up about what to do but whatever I try I’m at a bit of a loss.
Here’s one example of what I’m trying to redirect:
OLD
https://www.capturefactory.co.uk/Portfolio-Packshot-Fashion-Brighton-London-Photography.htmlNEW
https://www.capturefactory.co.uk/portfolio-brighton-sussex-london-photographerMy site is hosted by Godaddy. I’ve tried to alter the web.config file in the root directory but unsure if this is correct and if it is, not really sure what code to write in it.
Any help would be great.
