How can I remove the gap above the header/title and make footer stick to bottom

  • I changed the header.php to include my websites menu to match however there a little gap at the top id like to remove where can I do this?

    Also added my footer to the footer.php how can I make the footer stick at the bottom.

    Nevermind got it just removed the navbar sections from the css file and it used my websites css.
