How can I restore normal thumbnails' size?

Hey

I used a plugin to resize my thumbnails or featured images but I didn’t like the new size so how can I restore the old sizes? The old ones were random like one square and another one rectangle. I tried to remove the plugin but its effect still there

( I asked here because I think it’s not a plugin issue but restoring the default wordress settings )
