How can I restrict a news page to only post the last 3 years of content?

  • I have a client that would like to have their “current News page” only show the last 3 years of news posts. Then on the news archives page show posts from 2009 and older.

    I would just set the posts to only show the last 36 months but there they don’t have posts every month.

    Any idea’s?
