how can i search by sequential oder number?

    Hi @irperera!

    Thanks for contacting us about Sequential Order Numbers! You should be able to search for either the true order ID or the Sequential Order Number number within your Orders page. Either one should pull up the appropriate order.

    Is that not happening for you? If not, can I ask what version of WooCommerce and what version of our plugin you’re using?

    I have the same issue with the search. Search by order number doesn’t work. I am using plugin “WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers” but I have custom order number. It looks like: #0324-3069, where the first part is MMDD. Search gives me nothing if I put, for example “0324”. But I know order #0324-3069 exists.

    My site:
    WordPress – Version 5.3.2
    Woocomerce – Version 3.7.1
    WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers – Version 1.9.4
