How can I search for Media files’ pages in the Link dialog?

    If I’m writing a Post, using Classic Editor, and I click the “Link” button, and then the “Link options” cogwheel icon, I get a new little dialog window. Under the “Or link to existing content” section I’m able to search for a Post/Page to link to.

    However, I want to search for a Media file’s page, and these don’t show up when searching – it appears to only be Posts and Pages.

    How do I get Media files to show up in the search results there? I’m happy to write PHP to get this working if that’s what’s required.
