• I haven’t seen this issue elsewhere.
    The shortcodes
    [ultimatemember_account]
    [ultimatemember_password]

Aren’t visible in the forms page, but there ARE pages built on them.

The visible form names are like
    [ultimatemember form_id=164] default profile

The ‘Member’ page built with [ultimatemember_account] looks much better than the one built w the numbered form, which claims to be the default profile on the ‘forms’ page.

    Are there other secret forms?
    Is it possible to edit
    [ultimatemember_account] and
    [ultimatemember_password] ??

    Thank you.

    Hi @borisv

Whilst we appreciate you helping out on the forum, can I please kindly ask you to not respond to our users in this manner. If a user of UM creates a topic there is usually a reason why and our team will reply to it. As you can see from this review: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/snotty-comments-from-support-boris/#post-9085291 people will confuse you as a member of our support and the way you replied to this user has caused him/her to leave a 1 star review of UM.

    Thanks

If you are support then provide support in a timely manner! Not days later. I have sent you people who have given you more stars than you’ll ever know.

I am about to regret ever using your plugin so if you want I can rate your “support” right now. I am ready.

As a far as this user, what this “VWFeature” posted is so smart, he wants you to reverse the order of ‘who can see’ permissions in the Admin panel menu widget because it’s inconvenient to him in its present form.
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/ui-suggestion-for-menu-setting/

Then in this thread he created, he wants you to teach him how Ultimate Member works under the hood. For what purpose, God only knows. Maybe he wants to join your “development” team.

I provide value to your support system and you want him to keep on posting here???
