• My store and my website is not in english. But your plugin does not use the website language. Every email is in english. If I disalbe the plugin, the emails are in my language.

    How can I change this?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out! The built-in templates provided in our plugin (under “Sample”) are in English by default. When you disable our plugin, the default emails use your site language because they’re generated based on your website’s language settings.

    To use our plugin in your language, simply edit each email element and translate it as needed. You can refer to our tutorial for guidance on customizing templates.

    If you’re using a multilingual plugin and want to send emails based on customer language (e.g., English for English-speaking customers and German for German-speaking ones), this feature is supported in the pro version through the “Apply to languages” option.

    Hi,
    thank so much you for your fast answer.

    With your help, I discovered how it works. I tried do click on the frame to change the language, but now I discovered I need to click on the text.
