How can I set the position of search results?

  • How can I set the position of search results?

    I mean search results positioned with bottom left corner of search field close to top left corner of search results (bl-tl). According to design of my site, I need search results to have a shift 5px vertical and 127px horizontal.

    I couldn’t find a way how can I do that. Seems this cannot be done with css, only by editing js. But then I need to change code of plugin.

    How can I do that?

    Place customized search.php to your child theme!

    Site is vegasmaster.com
    Now this site have customized 2.1.5 version of Ajaxy plugin. Position of search results is customized in js.

    I need to update plugin to latest versions and move customization outside the plugin.

    Thanks for advise. I did’t know that I can customize plugins using child theme. I’ll google it and will try. But I suppose that I’ll need to customize not php but js file. Anyway thanks, I’ll try.
