How can I set up a registration form in my blog?

  • Hello,
    I want to set up a registration form like rapidshare.com. That means, when someone will click on the register button the form will appear on the center of the site fading the background. Is there anyone who can help me? Please instruct me in a easy way because i am new in this area and I don’t know the work of jquery.
