How can I show the number of jobs posted in each category?

To show how many jobs in each category, you can use the function:

https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/wp_count_posts

For the actual category, you can use https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/get_term and then echo the ->count property

You’ll need to use the functions Anne mentioned in order to achieve what you need. The following code should work – https://gist.github.com/davoraltman/2370b6efdd231308c28023fff44c0c45

You’d need to change the number 31 to the ID of your Job Category that you wish to display and then you can echo the function where you’d like to display the number.
