How can I split recent posts page?

Hi everyone,
I’ve installed “Recent posts widget extended” plugin and it works very good.
But I have a problem.
This is my blog page with 30 recent posts: https://bim.oneteam.it/blog/
My blog contains 120 posts and I’d like split blog page in different pages which contain 30 recent posts.
Currently blog readers can’t read beyond the 30th recent post.
It would be perfect if the page numbering was at the end of each page.

Some advices? Is there any way to fix this?
