• How can I stop plugins updates automatically?
I have changed some functions in the plugin to stop their categories subcategories to automatically synced in our store but everytime plugin is updated automatically then it overrides my changes and it started synced again.
So please help me how can I stop automatic updates, I don’t want to update plugin, I have tried different plugins for disabling auto-updates but they all won’t work.

    Dear @niravpandya2827

    Thank you for your message.

If you mean not updating the plugin version, you can do that in any of your WooCommerce plugin by just unmarking the automatic updates, but we do not recommend that as you could be missing a necessary updates.

On the other side, if you do not want the plugin to update your categories, there a few steps that you can follow:

    • Enter the configuration of your WooCommerce channel on our system (MIP)
    • Go to the step “Synchronization”
    • Select “Do not update category tree”
    • Publish the changes

Once you do that, you will be able to add the products to your own categories or change the category tree created by our products.

Just remember to not to delete the categories as they would be created again next time there is an update on the information, so you just want to hide them.

On the other side, we suggest you contacting our support team and open a ticket so they can guide you through the step-by-step configuration, go here:

@niravpandya2827 Moderator note: Reviewing this “review”, I note that it’s really a support request. I’ve moved the topic from reviews to plugin support.

Thank you @sterndata for your support.

One quick question, I see the review is still on top of the list of our reviews (and with 2 stars) is that correct? Even if you moved it to Support?

@niravpandya2827 Are you still facing any issue?

If you’re still seeing it as a review, it’s probably a caching issue.

Thank you for @sterndata the answer.

Unfortunately yes, I log out and back in, clear cache, but the review is still there. Hope someday it could be moved definitely.

    Regards,
