How can I stretch the header picture?

    This is the site I am working on. https://www.interview-with-your-consciousness.com/
    I am a beginner at building up websites, and so I was playing with my future blog to be, and was wondering what I could do in order to stretch the top header picture in order to fill the white parts to the sides as well?
    Also, you can see on the left hand side a circle which is the logo of the site.
    How would I be able to move that one slightly upwards ?

    The dashboard is limited and does not allow me to stretch the header picture, and regarding the LOGO, it is impossible to move it with accuracy. I can only move it to the centre, left or right at specific locations.

    I tried to edit the code, by going to Appearance -> Editor but here i tried to search for the name of the picture for the header, and apparently the code does not contain the arrangement of the stuff I added…
