Hey All you have to do is the following:
First make a copy of your WP-CONTENT n INCLUDES Folders into your public HTML folder
Then do the same for the following pages
wp-blog-header.php
wp-settings.php
wp-config.php
wp-load.php
index.php (delte your old index page in your public_html folder)
and finally,
login to your blog
go to setttings
change the blog address from https://tomkaszuba.com/blog/ to https://tomkaszuba.com/

That is a hard task. I had to switch my sites just a few days ago between two sites 葬儀 <-> 2.nd site. You should redirect all old pages to its new link with a 301 redirect. Thus, you have each one of those site on both places just that one copy only redirects. You should keep that for at least three weeks… keeping redirecting bots to the new site!

Use this to export your PixelPost blog:

https://www.eleventwentysix.com/pp2wp/

And then use the Redirection plugin so you don’t lose your link traffic.
