How can I tell if…

  • …I’ve successfully moved hosts. I was having a lot of problems, but edited the wp-config file enough to be alright.

    But now I want to know how can I be sure I’ve moved over before I cancel the previous account…

    What I mean is, my old hosting account still exists, so how can I be sure it’s not just running from there?

    uhm. it has different urls?

    change the name of index.php on the old site ??

    The simplest and smartest thing to do is to wait about 3 days though before killing the old account — thats about how long total dns propogation takes. What you see may not be what I see, you see ??
