    At the moment it can’t be automatically translated but should be in the next version, due soon. There is official support for WPML. If you’re using another translation plugin let me know which so I can tell you if it’s supported.

    If you want to do it manually then shortcodes.php however any pluign update will overwrite the code, so make a note of what you do. Changing plugin files is not recommended for this reason!
