    I am running a multilingual site,
    I need to translate the dynamically created shipping option titles.
    Would you mind guiding me on this?

    You can translate the dynamically created shipping option titles using the WPML plugin.
    To do this navigate to Dashboard -> WPML -> String translation. There you can see titles as in the screenshot https://tinyurl.com/2l5yvjcd. Hope you can check and update this.
