i don’t follow what you mean! there is nothing special to take screenshot!
i’m saying as i write tags for my products,wordpress is loading list of suggested and previously used tags but the problem is page is hanging when it’s trying to load “product tag suggestions” and i want to turn this feature off if possible.
now my question was is there a way to achieve this

Thanks for reaching out!

This kind of problem can be caused by a conflict with another plugin. ?The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Check if the problem persists

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If your site is live, then a staging site would be a good idea to troubleshoot the issue. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

i dont want to be ungrateful here but do you guys even read the topics? like seriously have you read it?
i asked a very simple question: is there a way to disable “product tag suggestion”.
so far two people of the plugin support team have wrote a reply to this topic and i dare say your answers are way far off and even irrelevent!!

I’ve looked around, and found this code that seems to do the job. I would recommend using a plugin like?Code Snippets?to add the snippet to your site.

yes that is exactly what i’m trying to do. and thanks for the reply
well the code you’ve sent seem to do much more than disabling auto tag suggestion, cause when i used it i can no longer add tags and previously inserted tags are no longer displayed when i edit products but they do so in product list.
it seems that code is from 2017, obviously alot has changed in wordpress in the past 5 years.

While this is specific to WordPress and not WooCommerce, I found for you a plugin here which claims to disable auto-tag suggestions in the tag box when posting new tags.

Since the plugin was last updated 7 years ago it may not work with recent versions of WordPress, but it might be worth trying to install it after saving a full backup of your site.

With regards to your customization, if the plugin doesn’t help and you require further assistance with custom coding, you could hire a developer to help create a working code.

i already saw that plugin but i doubt it gonna work , however i think i will give it a try later
at first i thought woocommerce tags were kinda independent from wordpress but with the previous reply from @maykato i did notice that not the case.
