How can I use block templates (set predefined blocks) for a SINGLE page?

Could you link to the specific page of the handbook that you’re referring to? There’s nothing at your link about template blocks.

It’s possible, but not the easiest thing in the world, and not something that you will find documented somewhere.

Block Templates were created for custom post types. They can be used on posts or pages with some work, but again, the whole system is defined to have them apply to a whole type of post.

You could probably override it on a post by post basis with some filter somewhere, but you’ll need to dive into the code for that. You won’t find a tutorial on how to do it.
