how can i use Signature ? and support button can't be opened

    Hello
    i really like your plugin, my question below :

    1.how can i use Signature ?
    2.and support button can’t be opened on front-end?
    3.i found ticket tab appearing on front-end page, how can i turn it off ? everyone can see it or else ?
    4.is it possible if a guest submit a ticket with their email, and we directly reply to their email ?
    5. can this form be created for different purposes’ sheets and used on different page at same site ?

    if all these can be done, i consider directly buy pro version , this is great than contact form 7
