how can show download PDF button on Woo's Order Received page?

Hi, this is currently not possible, I will look at implementing a shortcode for that in the next version. Note that for most shops this is not preferred functionality because even an order that arrives on the thank you page might still be cancelled (it’s not ‘completed’ yet). Perhaps this should be a pro-forma invoice.
