How can W3 not rewrite url to cdn for WordPress SEO Open graph images?

  • I’m using MaxCDN with W3. I have the WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin extension enabled.

    W3 rewrites all image urls to the cdn.domain.com url. Even the images in the head for og:image tag, from the WordPress SEO plugin, used for social sharing.

    Is there a way to turn off the rewrite on these urls only?
    I see nothing in WordPress SEO or the W3 settings options.

    This would be nice to fix. It stops the image from being shared on Facebook, Twitter, etc, when the post is shared.
