How can we enable a free trial period + ending reminder?

    As the title says.

    I would like to offer users a limited, one-off (ie one per person) free trial before they purchase a paid subscription. Can we do this in ARMember?

    Edit:

    Just found there is a trial period toggle in the “Manage Plans” -> edit individual plan -> “Plan Type & Price” section.

    Then my second question is, when does the user get charged – after their trial finishes? And if so, how do we enable email reminders that their free trial is ending and they will start to be charged? I don’t see a trial end reminder email in the 13 email templates available.

    Hello,

    ARMember does provide a facility to set the trial period, you can set the trial period from the ARMember Lite -> Manage Plans -> Edit plan, and here you will be able to check the trial button at the “Subscription/Recurring” plan type.

    Regarding the “trial finished notification” then this facility is not available in ARMember Lite.

    Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.
