How can we fill the opening balance area

    Peoples are the users, inside the accounting. Ref: https://prnt.sc/rnk2on

    You can not add people when adding the opening balance but if you have users(customer, vendor or employee), you’ll get them available under the people list.

    If you watch my Screen record carefully you can see I have created 5 users under customer category Also 3 Vendors Employe 1 number.
    My Question began from this Even I have all of them still I can not see the Peoples list in the opening balance area

    This is the main reason I have to raise the support here.

    I’m not sure why you are facing such a problem @rafilathif

    While I checked it in several testing sites, I can find the peoples are there and taking the values from the users(from the customers more particularly). Ref: https://prnt.sc/rod14u

    I’ll require to debug the issue to find out why the users are not getting on your site. If you can share the debug log or any error on the console, that will help us to identify the problem.
