How can we put the banner in a static html page?

    Hello…. this plugin is very useful, I am already using it in at least five websites!

    But I need to put the bar in a static html page…

    I suppose I need to call some js in the HTML head and some div in the body…

    Can you please give me some help concerning this issue?
