  • I’m assuming you may mean something other than what your post says ?

To disable a plugin in WordPress, you simply “deactivate” it from the WordPress plugins panel, same way you activate it.

    WordPress docs (codex): https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Managing_Plugins

If you’re having an issue with all plugins and need to disable them all, remove something, then reset them, you can also disable the entire plugins folder including WooCommerce, like so:
    https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

After you disable a plugin from the plugin panel, you will likely also need to reset/refresh caching, reset/refresh any CDN being used, and also possibly clear transients with wp-optimize or similar and likely also resave your permalinks to make sure you have cleared the transients for that.

If you meant something entirely different, you may need to be more specific?

    Good luck!

I identified the issue and it’s not related to YOAST SEO Plugin itself and I think the only way to disable yoast plugin is to rename the folder via ftp.
