How can your Help Desk Integrate With Membership Site?

    Please inform me of how can your Help Desk ticketing plug-in can Integrate With a WordPress Membership Site Plug-in. I want the Help Desk to integrate with it so that members do not need to create a new separate username & password profile. I have learned that it is not as straightforward as I thought. Meaning that just because the membership and helpdesk are both WP based plugins does not necessarily equal simple integration.

    So I only want to buy a membership plug where I can buy an available help desk support ticketing plug-in that have a history of integration.

    I am not asking you to choose a membership plug-in for me. Please inform me of which membership site plug-ins you are aware of that you or your plug-in customers have integrated with so that the same username and passwords of existing and new membership registrants is automatically recognized/accepted by your helpdesk support ticketing plug-in.

    Hi Jay,

    Any membership plugin you use, this helpdesk will not ask you to create saperate username and password. It works with existing WP users created by you or your membership plugin.

    Additionally, this plugin has feature to restrict ticket creation to cirtain/multiple user roles if you need in some cases. So that if you want to restrict ticketing to user role created by your membership plugin and doing this is also very simple and straightforward in plugin setting.

    This plugin creates two user roles-

    1. Support Agent
    2. Support Supervisor

    User having above role can help you support your customers. Also if you need your existing user role/roles to allow Agent/Supervisor capabilities you can simply select those roles in role management setting of plugin.
