How categories show in feed

    I want to start by saying this is a great plugin. I’m so happy that I discovered it.

    The one minor issue that I wanted to mention is how categories show in the feed. What is shown is <category>82</category> rather than <category><![CDATA[Crime]]></category>.

    It is not that big of a deal, but the actual name would be more useful.
