How change language?

To change the language of the plugin, just change the language of your WordPress installation from Settings.

If some terms are not translated in your language, you can add a translation in https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/improve-my-city

Are you talking about WordPress installation or IMC plugin installation?

Wordpress language is my own language and when installing IMC plugin I can’t see any option to choose the installation language.

IMC plugin does not have a language setting.
If after changing your WordPress language, the IMC plugin language is still in english, it means that there is currently no translation in your language.
