How to change structure uploaded file

Hi!
I question.
I see this plugin accepts files and extract data where any row is a node.
Possibly would modify the plugin to accept file where will node like a few row?

For example, I have now this file https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A3pvl67tnQKZaweHz7L-9hmNXEKEWru8tV42PKM3Dms/edit#gid=0
and I want to accept file like this https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cohTEy2rj00yXiQ6wjAsrW7Bw6ULnmocx0FUjRkym4U/edit#gid=0

first file has data like this 32 см х 55 см|45 см х 75 см , separated’|’. And this is not useful modify. Would be good if it possible place below as in the second file.

Can I do this? Tried to find an action which can give access to mass rows for modify it and couldn’t find. ??
