i’ve installed mobile menu and found out that my contents are wider than screen. i manipulated and set the width again but this time contents were TALLER and LARGER than screen.
i just deactivated the pluging and it came out to be true and fixed with my screen.

    Hi @iranslate,

Will need the site URL to have a look. That’s strange don’t have any similar reports.

If you want your site URL to be private send me an email to [support AT wpmobilemenu DOT com]

    hi
thank you for your support. I’ve left the url below. just mention the HORIZONTAL scroll bar at the bottom of the page. I’ve also attached a picture.

    ?????????? – ?????? ????? ???? ? ???

    ?????????? – ?????? ????? ???? ? ???

I just sent the email but it couldn’t be done due to a kind of mail delivery error because of the email address (I tried it twice both were failed to send the email privately)

check it in your PC please. on the mobile phone it’s right. I mean because of installing this plugin, my site doesn’t work good on PC screen.
I found out that failure should be due to the General settings of mobile menu, and it’s due to “Mobile Menu Visibility” property.

Check it on PC please not mobile.

@iranslate It seems at the moment your site isn’t loading properly.
Purge any cache plugin you may have and let me know so I can have another look.

    Thanks

Thanks. you’re right. there was a problem and now it’s fixed.
it would help you better if you follow the instruction below:

    1. go to url https://aftabgarden.ir/ (from PC not mobile)
    2. scroll to the bottom of the site once
    3. then scroll to the top of the site (you can also use scroll to the top button)
    4. then notice the horizontal scroll bar which appears at the bottom of site’s frame
    5. move the horizontal scroll bar to the left, then you will find the sub-menu open

Problem : once I install and activate the mobile menu, this problem appears on the PC version of my website (there’s no problem on mobile view)

    thanks

@iranslate I see what you mean, but it isn’t the CSS or the JS from WP Mobile Menu that is doing that. At least I didn’t found any relation between them.

Dear @takanakui thank you so much for your kindness and attention. I just deactivated the plugin and the problem was still there. You’re right, there’s nothing about the plugin with that.
I just want to ask if you know how to stop body scrolling while .main-navigation is open in Mobile phone. I would be thankful if you check the site on your mobile phone to know what I mean. once i open the main-navigation and scroll down, the body scrolls behind it, but itself remains static.
    Thanks a dozen

Nice, thanks for letting me know that wasn’t related to WP Mobile Menu.
Regarding the body scrolling, I’m not understanding because the menu of WP Mobile Menu freezes the body and places an overlay over it so it’s not possible to scroll.
