How correctly translate theme with .pot ?

?Hello,
I wish translate some text items in this theme https://wp1.themexlab.com/wp/gardencare/, for example “or” in phrase “telephone number OR Contact us” or “Home” in breadcrumbs…. etcI am using Loco translate for this and have Child theme too.
Theme installation contain pot file:
/public_html/wp-content/themes/gardencare/languages/gardencare.pot?https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9SCbaO7YuBbT042MEVlUjFPUUE
but Loco translate still doesn′t know work with this anyway after copying them into child theme
How can I correctly translate theme ?
