How could i install a Plugin programmatically by uploading the zip file

Hey, i have a system which needs to auto sync the content between our system and users wordpress sites. i searched for it. and i think we can only do this using a custom plugin to push post updates to my system. so i need to install and activate the custom plugin through wordpress rest api programmatically for every user’s site. is there any way to do that? or another solution? thanks
