    Hi!

    1) I noticed that on “API Settings”, “Advanced Settings” and “PayPal Settings” tabs I can have different “Country availability” field settings.
I wonder what is the aim that for example “Advanced Settings” are available only for France and “PayPal Settings” only for Canada?

    2) And next question. How does the plugin technically identify the country? Does it use IP for identifying the country?

    3) Does this setting have any input for blogs like mine, English-Polish (with WPML plugin)?

    regards,
    Grzegorz

    Hi @gregosz

You probably have a plugin like WPML installed and that’s adding the country availability fields that you’re referring to. Those aren’t fields provided by the PayPal plugin.

The WPML plugin uses WooCommerce filters to add that country availability field to all settings pages. WPML doesn’t check to make sure it’s only rendering that field for a gateway’s settings page.

    Kind Regards
