How create online contract form followed by a code for free

  • I would like to offer a sparcels delivering’s contract to my clients by using my website. So if a client is interested in my services he can fill in an online form on my website and then submit his request. He would receive a generated code for loging next, to follow the form’s contract; a prompt message will say :”your command following code is XXX please check your adress” (etc…) and then “press send contract”. Once the button is clicked the client should receive an email in wich the contract is attached (*pdf or so).

  • That’s pretty involved; there’s not going to be a plugin or a quick set of instructions to do all of that. I’d recommend hiring a WordPress developer.

    Also, there’s a plugin called Gravity Forms which allows you to do a lot of advanced stuff with forms – might be worth looking into for your project.

    Gravity Forms is definitely my first choice but this is a simple to install and get going alternative.

    ApproveMe is a premium WordPress E-Signature plugin that is little more expensive than your average WordPress plugin but it’s well worth it. It’s priced similar to Gravity Forms however it’s main focus is on generating court recognized UETA/ESIGN compliant release forms, contracts and agreements.

    When it comes to signing legally binding documents that could end up in court the last thing you want (for you or your client) is a document that’s not court recognized. Especially if it ends up in the hands of a Judge. If I were in your shoes I would ask the client for the extra money and have them go with one of the UETA/ESIGN compliant options. Especially since it’s their business that could be compromised.
