    Go to customization menu of text to speech ninja plugin

    paste this piece of CSS in the Custom CSS section.

    #tta__listent_content_1.tta__listent_content, #tta__listent_content_1.tta__listent_content:hover{
height:30px; // change height as per you need.
}
