How “Delete unverified users” in Tools works?

    How “Delete unverified users” in Tools works? After changed the option to “Yes”, I didn’t see any changes in users.php

    After I set the “Delete unverified users” to “Yes” and saved, it auto return back to “No”.
    And when I go to Users dashboard, I cannot found any option or button to deleted all or selected unverified users”
