• As stated, somehow certain different pages, perhaps they are called virtual pages as they are created to hold plugin content, now display Blog Archive content. One is Forums, from bbPress where all forums are to be displayed. The other two are from directory and classified plugins which also are virtual, but used to display generated content.
The day’s BU got overwritten before I noticed the problem.
    Has anyone experienced this?

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?

Shows the same in twenty 14.
If I deactivate plugins, of course it won’t show. Blog Archives are displayed on these plugins…bbPress (forums) Listings (a directory) and Classifieds..all are plugins

As suspected, when the two plugins, Directory and Classifieds are de-activated, the post archive disappears. Forums returns to normal. Reactivating one or both and the problem returns. Except now those plugins are not complete and most probably be deleted and then re-installed.
I have not modified these plugins for weeks. There was a bbPress update yesterday, but the forum was working shortly after that.
Time to rebuild again? That’s 4 months steady, 12 hours a day at least. Really!? So much for the Famous 5 Minute install. Ha, geez.
Any ideas out there? I’ll hold off for awhile before I wipe it out.
How can I keep the content and especially BuddyPress user data?
    Thanks for any help.
