how do a style the widget 'subscribe' button?

hi guys, noob here
i want my ‘signup to our newsletter’ widget to look exactly like this
1. how can i bring up ‘subscribe’ button next to the ’email’ field?
2. how can i write ‘enter email address’ inside the email field?i did look at admin.widget.css and wysija_nl.php. but i don’t know what to make of it. i know css a little, but i’m a php moron…
please help! thx in advance!
