How do changes in WordPress affect Paypal subscription

I’m wondering if changes I make to user information from the WordPress dashboard will then carry over to Paypal.
Say a user signs up for a year-long subscription, and sets up a recurring subscription in paypal…
1) if I enter an automatic EOT for that user and their membership expires after that EOT, will their paypal recurring subscription continue to be active? In other words, will they continue paying for a membership that is no longer active?
2) if I delete a user or demote them to a free subscriber, same question: will their paypal recurring subscription continue to be active? In other words, will they continue paying for a membership that is no longer active?Also,
3) What happens from a user perspective once they reach an automatic EOT that I’ve set for them in wordpress? Do they get an email prompting them to re-up their membership? Do they get notified at all?
